Mike Cheeseman Photography is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Mike Cheeseman Photography is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Mike Cheeseman Photography customer support features you may be required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Mike Cheeseman Photography takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Use of your personal information

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this Site. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

Mike Cheeseman Photography reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Mike Cheeseman Photography reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

FAQS AND GENERAL INFO

 

HOW LONG UNTIL THE PRINT I ORDERED IS DELIVERED TO ME?

Once you have placed your order please allow up to 14 business days for your print to be delivered to you. Whilst every effort will be made to have your print delivered to you as soon as possible, certain aspects of the printing and delivery service are outside of my control and some delays may be experienced. You will receive timely email notifications on the status of your order.

WILL MY PRINT BE MATTED AND/OR FRAMED?

All prints purchased through this site do not include framing or matting. You will receive your print in a format that is ready for you to choose your own framing options. To assist your framer and cater for various framing methods, a white margin will be included around the printed image. This margin is in addition to the finished size of the print, ie. a 32x18 inch print will have an image area of 32x18 inches with a one to two inch white margin included outside of the image area.

DO YOU OFFER PRINT SIZES OTHER THAN THE ONES SPECIFIED WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Images that are available for purchase through the Print Lab are usually offered in three standard size and paper options. If you are interested in purchasing an image in a size that isn't offered as a standard, please contact me via email through the channel below to discuss sizing and pricing options for custom orders. Please note that not all images are available at custom sizes and images are unavailable in aspect ratios other than those indicated on this site. For example, a 16x9 print cannot be cropped or stretched to fit a 4x3, 2x3,1x1 aspect ratio etc. The smallest size option offered when ordering a print through the Print Lab is the minimum size available for that given image.

CAN I ORDER PRINTs OF IMAGEs ON YOUR SITE THAT areN'T IN THE PRINT LAB?

Unfortunately, only images that are present in the Print Lab section of this site are available to order as prints at this time. If you see a particular image on this site that you would like made available in the Print Lab in the future, please let me know via the email link below. Images made available as prints are updated on a regular basis and if I know that you are interested in a particular image, consideration in making it available as a print will be given.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All prints are personally inspected by Mike Cheeseman Photography before dispatch to you. Your beautiful print is securely packaged within heavy duty cardboard tubing and will make its way to you with FREE standard shipping within Australia using the services of the Australia Post network.

cancellation and RETURNS POLICY

Cancellations, changes or replacements cannot be made to any print order once payment is processed through the Print Lab checkout. Returns cannot be made for change of mind on image, size or stock selection once payment is processed through the Print Lab checkout. In the unlikely event your print arrives to you and has been damaged in shipping, please contact me via email quoting your invoice number, to discuss replacement options. Conditions apply.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds on print orders will only be granted in the unlikely event that Mike Cheeseman Photography cannot fulfil the purchased print order. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind on image, size or stock selection once payment is processed through the Print Lab checkout.
